  I hired DB Concrete to resurface/repair my pool decking and coping around my pool. I also hired him for deck removal, pouring of a stamped patio, and pouring of stairs. He had said it would take 5 days. In over 5 weeks, the job was still not finished and he will not return calls or texts. He completed the deck tear off, patio pour and steps. That is not where my complaint lies. My complaint is with the pool decking and coping. After sanding and resurfacing the concrete, it was done incorrectly. He redid the job and sanded and resurfaced again. The a crew member messed it up agian. After another time of coating the concrete in a paint/stain, I brought to his attention that it needed another coat and that it needed to be well-sealed. He said he would do this and it was never done. The coping around the pool is a disaster. He attempted it multiple times and clearly didn't know what he was doing (although he said he did). There were multiple places where the coloring was incorrect, there were fingerprints, it was uneven, it was rough, etc. He came back to "fix it himself". I told him that one side appeared to still be unsealed. He never came back to seal the coping. Within days it started cracking and breaking off in chunks all around the pool. My coping is ruined and needs to be completely repaired..again. The pool decking started cracking within days of it being done and now has cracks all over it. This is within days-weeks of the work. He has never come back to fix it or make things right. He will not answer calls or texts. I have even asked for him to send me the information of what he used so we could get it fixed and he won't answer that either. We are going to have to hire someone to fix what he has done incorrectly and messed up. I would like a refund on what we paid for the pool decking and coping so that I can afford to hire someone new to fix what he has done.
