I placed an order on 5/4/23 in the amount of ****** for self care products that I have not received. I was given a **** tracking #********************** and was given an eta of 2-3 days. I did not receive my shipment. I decided to finally email the merchant 5/17/23 and did not get a response. I filed a dispute with my bank several days later which was denied so I am without product and money.Initial Complaint

Ordered a product from them on February 3rd 2023. There website says 2-3 business days until shipped. On February 9th I received a messaging saying the product was preparing to ship. Here it is almost a week later I have no recieved the package. I paid $11 for the product.Initial Complaint

I have made a purchase on July 23,2022 I have yet to receive my order its now September 1st for some odd reason she delete my account on her website I had to redo my account again and my order was gone but thank god I save the emails I have been emailing her 8/17/2022 and no response she done block all the comments sections on ig tiktok and no one can complain my order is still sitting as pre-shipment since August 2 at im very angry all Im getting is free shipping emails like come Refund me she out here scamming us people Im starting to think its a fake businessInitial Complaint

Placed an order on June 13th for order SWEETOG#****. After waiting the mentioned time I emailed as there was no update. A mass email went out about the delay and after the 7/7/22 shipment date, my tracking info sits in pre shipment.... I'm never going to get this product or response. Placed an order with Sweet Organics on 5/23/22 I received email stating my order was shipped on 6/6/22 per their policy it states after recieved confirmation of shipping you should receive your package btwn 1-3 days....well as of 6/20/22 I still don't have my items ....I have emailed 3 times and no one has returned an email yetInitial Complaint

I made a order April 28 , I have emailed This lady atleast ****************************************************************** limbo. All I have is a tracking number with no other information. When I contacted her on Instagram since she won't return my emails she just deleted me and other complaining customers comments. I even asked for a refund since I never got my product and she still hasn't responded this is my last resort to justice.Customer response
