05/08/2023 dropped car off as instructed by dealership to fix car blowing hot air chief complaint. Service dept. called quoted us $1,600 to fix the issue. Called at later date stated it needed an extra key to make computer relay to compressor. Quoted $40. By the end of the transaction total cost was $2,395.48 Take car home Tech or service person shut the right side vents off to hope we didn't notice the right side was still blowing hot air. Left side was then blowing cold. I called the 100% satisfaction guarantee on invoice (865) 940-1590 spoke to ***** he states to bring the car back. Took the car right back on 06/15/23. The service manager ****** ********* called on 06/16/23 stating the car needed a blend door actuator to fix the problem. This would cost an additional $226.79. We told him to please fix that and that the vents were shut off for us to hopefully not notice the air was hot. The car was not working all of the time after the misdiagnosis of the car to begin with and after the blend door actuator was replaced. Took car back 06/20/23 the air is now blowing in incremints and shutting on and off. Retrieved car again on 06/20/23 without no resolution ****** ********* service manager stays it now needs an evap system after they misdiagnosed the first 2 times he said he could replace the EVAP for an additional $2,300. I declined his offer since I feel that after $2,700 total should've had all a/c parts replaced and it should be working on any setting. A/C Is still intermittently and at very poor quality. I would like a refund as they are not aware of the 100% satisfaction guarantee on the invoice or how to get resolutions at Rusty Wallace Ford.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I picked up the car Friday. Air seems cold and working well thanks you for resolving the issue.
