I paid $150 for a professional edit to my resume and its been about a month and I havent heard much. Other then they are sorry and it will be done at a time thats come and gone. *** requested a refund multiple times and havent heard anything.Initial Complaint

I hired 5 Chairs to assist in developing resumes and as a recruiting service. Payment in the amount of $345 was made on June 15th, 2022. Since that time, 5 Chairs has not been in contact with me and will not return any of my calls. I would like to have my $345 refunded.Initial Complaint

I believe this company might be a scam and I would like a refund! After a call with **** ****** from Five Chairs on April 17, I agreed to their resume writing and ******** profile update services for a total of $295. I paid this invoice on Wed. April 20 via ******. I also sent a copy of my current resume via email to ****'s assistant, ****** *******. On the initial phone call with ****, I was told these two services should be completed within 4-5 business days. On the 4th business day (April 25) I reached out to see what progress had happened on my resume, and to see if the team needed any additional information from me. The email response I received from ****** asked for additional information as well as the resume file that I had previously emailed. Clearly, they had not started on my project. I reached out again on Thur. May 5 asking for an update. I was told my resume project was on their calendar to be completed "this weekend" which I took to mean during the May 7-8 timeframe. I received nothing. I reached out again on Tue. May 17 requesting update on the progress, and I asked that if they are unable to show me progress I want a refund. I emailed again on Mon. May 23 asking for the same thing. They have not responded to me since my email on May 5. I do not believe this company is going to update my resume or my ******** profile and I would like a full refund ($295) at this time.Business response
