I dropped off a silver bracelet and charm at Platinum Jewelers in Franklin ** on Feb. 28, 2022 to have the charm reattached to the bracelet. I explained to the jeweler that this was a very sentimental charm because it was my ******** husband's finger print. He told me that it would be fixed in a few days. I had not heard by Monday, March 7th and I attempted to call him. His landline was not working and I found a mobile number which I called. The message just said "send a text". I did send a text and did not hear back. I drove to the store in Franklin but found it closed and looking in the window could see all the display cases were empty.Business response
