September 1st, 2021 I paid $186 to this company and the paperwork stated that a full refund would be available upon request at any time if you are not satisfied. I tried to reach out to get my refund. They continued to try to charge me multiple payments of $99. When I log into my account, the "support" option just shows up as an error and has for over two years now. When I try to see my purchases in my account that also shows up as an error. The only way I can see any information is in the emails I saved. I cannot get a response from them to get my refund still.

I was conned into signing up for the private coaching program. Something that turned into $100 course I was convinced to spend $8000 on private coaching. After the first week I came to severe health issues and could not continue the program. My mental health has deteriorated and they didn't care. I am broke and in debt now and they robbed me of $8,000 and wouldn't give me a refund and said they would talk to upper management. I never heard from them again and was removed from the program. I never even used the private coaching services. They took my money and now I have nothing and they continue to con people into signing up for their program and being **** or elusive to the truths behind the program.

I purchased a private coaching program with The Sales Mentor in May 2021. They charged my bank account for $****. When I signed up for The Sales Mentor's private coaching program I was under the impression that I was going to get one on one coaching from their top reps such as ****** ***** and his top salesmen. Since I was paying so much money for this program I was expecting this. They also led me to believe that they had clients lined up to hire me from their program. This was untrue as well. Their job board was very bare and I ended up competing with hundreds of other people they had signed up. I tried cancelling with The Sales Mentor the second day I was with them because it was causing problems with my marriage and my family. I talked with Heather (their client specialist) and she wouldn't let me cancel. So I continued with the program. The only one on one private coaching I got was ** group videos put on by ****** ***** and **** (one of ******s team members) I never once got a single bit of one on one coaching from ****** or anyone from his team. When I continued to raise disputes with Heather...she finally set up a bi-weekly appointment with me to try and figure out what to do with this program they were selling. Problem is....Heather has no experience with what ****** ***** actually does. So I was getting nothing from her. I once again tried cancelling and getting my money back from Heather and tried telling her the bind it was putting my family in and The Sales Mentor continued with their position of not refunding my money. This company has been very dishonest, deceiving, and misleading in what they provided. Their services provided did not match the price charged. The salesman was also very misleading. Led me to believe I was going to get a certain thing and what I received was totally opposite. I have talked with many other individuals that have had this similar experience.

Their idea of private coaching is horrendous. They put you in a ** group of over 600 people and they do ** lives every week thats all you get for **** dollars. If they would've told me initially thats what I was going to get for sales training, I would've never signed up for their services but I was lied to. The company Sales mentor llc sales tactics are very deceptive, the lure people into their private coaching program with promises of a quick return on their money (thousands within the first months) failing to mention the fact that there is no chance of getting your money back if you're not satisfied. No one on one or small group coaching like they lead you to believe, they make you think that they have hand picked opportunities of business owners who would hire you after you go through their program which was also a lie, they have no opportunities or connection to any opportunities that would return you****** dollars you spend on their coaching program. At the end of the program, they do not help you get a gig like they promised initially when you are being lure to sign up. They kick you out of their ******** group and don't assist you any further. This is fraudulent and very hurtful I regret signing up for this service it got me in so much debt for no reason at all. I want all my money back **** total. Dates of the transactions: First card used: *** Cash Rewards 11/12/2021 Amount ***** Second Card:*** Bank Platinum Card Amount 2,XXX XX/15/2021 Amount 1,XXX XX/21/2021. Third Card*** Bank Triple Cash Credit card: Amount; 1,XXX XX/15/2021 Amount 1,XXX XX/21/2021 4th Card: **** 1/04/2022 Amount: ***** 1/31/2022 Amount: ***** The amount of money you paid the business: I paid **** dollars in installments over the course of 3 months spread across 4 credit cards. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I filed a dispute with my banks and all the charges were reversed because the Sales Mentor has refused to give me my money back.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/21) */ In response to ********'s statement, I do show that ******** purchased our beginning program for *** on Nov 9, 2021 and he was added to our private Inbound Closer *********** ******** group for members who had all purchased the same program. On November 12, 2021, ******** spoke with our Private Coaching advisor ** and they discussed why ******** purchased the program and what he would like to obtain from the program, wherein he later decided that it is best for him to join the program. ******** authorized ** to collect his enrollment fee from his 3 different credit cards given during the call. After his successful enrollment, ******** signed his contract agreement and received access to our Private Coaching group and training which he immediately began to utilize. ******** received coaching and help from our team and was able to receive very timely feedback from any email he sent to our client success team. Below in this letter I have provided you with: The description of our Private Coaching program Refund policy that is on the first page of the contract Signature card showing ******** signed his contract with his IP address All Email and ******** communication All phone calls are recorded with our team with a brief description for your review. All purchase receipts for payments received ********'s activity in is Private Coaching members portal for the digital training ********'s signed contract ***** ***** Client Engagement Manager Traffic & Funnels, LLC P: ************ ****** **************************************************** Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Their program was completely unhelpful. I signed up for their private coaching because I was persuade by their sales rep ** who told me that it will help me accelerate my progress in finding a sales gig which would be able to pay me my money back with in 3 months. Based on my conversation with ** their sales rep, I was put under the impression that they would connect me with opportunities after the program was over. This company is a total scam they lure people in with intriguing sales tactics and underdeliver on promises. Their high price private coaching course set up in a ******** group with so many people is not effective and does not translate into what they say it would, I am sure there is a lot of people in my situation but wont speak up about it. This company refuses to pay me back my *** dollars back because I did not find value in their program which is a total scam. I've never seen such thing, this is stealing from people and it is not fair, I need my refund ASAP.
