On 04/09/2023 rented equipment and insured with my insurance from my auto. Upon walk around it was noted of damage to front bumper that it hangs lower then normal to be careful. Motor bike that was rented did roll into parking curb was a scratch of paint I did apply parking brake had to pull up very high to keep from rolling. I was told $2,500 when I did not have it I requested to send it through insurance then it went to $1,000 cash didn't have that then $400 didn't have was told I would be sued and have to pay for every day bike was out of service, I then told owner and employee I would send back payment $1000after getting home bye 04/15/2023 then was told how many people say that and dont do it. I was forced to $300 payment. I only scratch the paint was forced to pay a unofficial amount to fix problems. I felt trapped with no option during my vacation and had to barrow cash to get back home was upset scared I would be detained when proper insurance was in place. Forced to stay in extra day had to get additional hotel after leaving being threatened of paying for everyday bike could not be rented. Owner of company was allegedly on phone saying have to pay before leaving not accepting my insurance which was good before rental. Other employees saying things about video but was said front bumper was damage making sure I can't leave again fearing my safety. Me and my family spent estimated $1200.00 others was fearful of my safety as well.
