I bought a house and upon inspection it was noted that present within the well water was an excess of coli and bacteria. My realtor, ***** ****** hired ***** ****** to shock chlorinate the well and I then asked to him to please reach out to me. He phoned one time without correct explanation of his work and then said he was going to send me information about the UV filer he installed and a reverse osmosis machine when I explained I was immune compromised. Never heard from him again. The water then turned purple. He would not call me. Would not text me. Mind you, this is not the paint in your house this is the most fundamental constituent to a person's health, especially if that person is already immune compromised. I still am working on getting rid of the purple hue. I called numerous well water people in TN and in North Carolina, as well as Culligan Waters and water treatment companies and none, in their thirty some years, had ever heard of purple water, though they at least have tried to assist. I asked my realtor to please have him contact me but to no avail did he ever reach out. In the meanwhile, I have had to pay in excess of $5000.00 dollars to get this somewhat repaired. I was told the UV filter was not sufficient to the cause, in the wrong order, missing a prefilter to be somewhat effective as promised. His negligence put me into jeopardy and left me in the anxiety of the unbeknownst and the experts I have hired since still can't get this wholly correct; there remains of a hue ofpurple now thousands of gallons later. They have tried to work with his system even though I asked him to remove it. I have been charged extra for this. In the time of covid, since I cant be freely among others, he has inverted the joy and hope of this isolated place because water is the most basic principle of Life. His work and his neglectful apathy has created a tremendous amount of anxiety for me as no one else who has this same problem to consult. I refuse to pay for it.
