Amazing experience at 615 Auto Sales. They are an honest and great group of folks. Their inventory is really nice. My daughter and her husband both bought cars there. A year later my mom bought a car. Now I came home with an awesome **** Wrangler which I love. None of us have had any trouble with our cars. How can we when all their cars are almost new. People like to complain I guess but I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The manager Alan was nice.Review from Ken D

My Name is *** ***** And I was fortunate enough to be informed and referred to 615 Auto Sales by a previous as well as current customer and I was not disappointed. Bre and her staff were more than accommodating and truly took my interest and financial situation in account when assisting me with a purchase. I ended up with a spectacular pre owned 2020 **** Fusion and could not be more delisted with the car and the experience. Thank you so much for your kindness and appreciation. Scammers! Horrible business. They try to take all your money. If they reply to this, I WILL put all the proof out there. Tread lightly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Shambria B

they are unprofessional ! they lost my bank check and didn’t tell me until 3 weeks later after getting my car ! then November 30th lied and said i had to sign paperwork . blocked the car and took the keys . and told me they couldn’t wait 90 days for the bank to send another one out . so i have to pay the bank for a car i don’t have when they are the one who lost the check and they wasn’t being compliant with the bank when the bank ask them to file what they need to do on there end .Review from Marcus T

We had sold this customer a vehicle almost two years ago. Apparently, the customer stopped making their payments to the financial institution that had financed their vehicle therefore the bank had repossessed the vehicle. We at 615 Auto Sales did not repossess this customer's vehicle. If his vehicle was repossessed for non-payment, it was the bank that initiated this and not the dealer 615 auto sales.Customer Response

This was the first car I have ever bought on my own went there and trusted these guys and that's why the air conditioner did not work the next day after took it back to them they would not do nothing about it try to even fix it told them there was something rattling underneath the hood didn't do nothing about it so yeah that's why I quit making payments cuz they ripped me off why would I do something like that they took my perfectly good car and traded me for a sucker and now I'm end up owing $15,000 for nothing that was the whole purpose of me trying to build something up to do better for myself it or not be legal for people to do people like this but somebody got that $15,000 didn't they not me cuz I got scammed615 Auto Sales INC Response

All used vehicles are sold As-Is at 615autosales. This is disclosed and agreed to in writing at the time of sale as part of the retail installment contract entered into. Please understand that had 615 Auto Sales have offered to repair your vehicle, that the as-is portion of the contract would have at that point been breached. We are contractually obligated to the terms of the contract. In reference to warranty, we offer vehicle service contracts to every customer who purchases from us. Did you take the time to review your paperwork to see if you had coverage?!
