Inconsiderate, does not respond to emergency calls in a timely manner, waited more than 2 hours to get a response than after responding they could not get a provider for hours, when they did allied and the towing company did not update me when they were coming the only interest was how the towing was going to be paid and the extreme cost for the tow and leaving me stranded for 4 hours, not knowing when they were going to show up on my behalf in the late evening! AT&T apparently has a contract with them, I pay AT&T for roadside assistance, time for AT&T to rethink this service I know I will not continue to pay for poor service! There seems to be enough negativity to take notice AT&T!Review from Ari C

I use this company for roadside assistance . Short version is , I ran out of gas on the interstate and received a ticket for obstructing the road way. I placed a service call to allied for this reason . My attorney wants some sort of documentation showing I placed a service call for running out of gas. Sole with several people . First guy said my attorney needed to subpoena them for it . So my attorney asked me to find out who and where he needed to subpoena. Well I spoke with someone else who told me to email an email address with ATTN Jamie and my PO with a detailed message of what I needed . That was weeks ago. I've emailed at least 7 times and haven't heard a single thing from anyone . Absolutely absurd . Terrible customer service . Would not recommend.
