I had Best Inspection Services **** ***** inspect a total of four homes for me and I did nto buy them because I was told that they all had water problems. On the 4th home, I had *** **** inspect a home for me in April 2021 and was told that this home was completely dry. I then bought this home in May 2021. I was given a detailed report that did not indicate any major damage or water problems. Upon living there for just 3 weeks, I learned that the crawlspace of my home was completely flooded out, extensive mold damage, faulty gurter joists, a collapsed sewer line that had done extensive damage with raw sewage under the home expanding 15 feet in diameter and 2 to 3 feet deep and the list goes on. The wood foundation was in such bad condition that I could not live there without it possibly collapsing at some point. I was forced to move as quick as I could. I had several estimates done and ended up settling with a company to repair the extensive damage for over 60K including electrical and plumbing damage. Every piece of wood under my home had to be sistered or replaced. I contacted *** **** about this and he never got back to me. I then pursued a law suit. This law suite has been going on for over a year now to no avail. I had a lawyer reach out to his representatives with two letters to no avail and his lawyers painted me as someone who just wanted money, but as you will see from the pics, that the damage in fact was real and very extensive. I am attaching the inspection report to show that he did not truthfully report on the conditions of underneath of my home. In fact, he did not go in there stating the space was too small, so he used a drone instead. Many people have been underneath of my home without issue, especially those who had to repair it. I am writing today because I want people to know what this man/company did to me and also A) ask for a refund and B) to report the lack of integrity of his inspection. This has caused me horrendous hardships and I should at least be able to be refunded ($375.00) for this in which he has never offered. Below you will find: my paid receipt for his service, the inspection report, pics of the conditions under my home, the contract I had for the clean up undermy home with Master Services (I also had electrical and plumbing receipts) and the inspection agreement.
