STAY AWAY! I returned a home internet device to the store within the 10 day windows. I did not notice that this company continued to bill me for a service I did not have for over 8 months. They claim they cannot confirm the return, even though there are notes on my account. The funny part is they canceled the internet service right after I returned the device and would not do that unless I returned the device. When I requested a refund, "Upper Management" denied the refund. Verizon is horrible and they just lost a customer with 6 lines.Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales Response

Verizon has the worst customer service representatives and service period. I was told my bill would be 180 a month but the bill is over 442.00! Eho pays for mobile service at 200 bucks and internet at 200 bucks.? That's totally ridiculous! I never in my entire life had a bill that high! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Sad I am stuck with a 3 yr contract. I was charged twice this month and called last Wednesday, waited 15 minutes and was assured the money would be put back in my checking account in 3-5 days. Well today is day 6 not in my account. I called again today and was assured the money would be in my account no later than tomorrow. I am not going to hold my breath, and will probably have to call again tomorrow. Terrible experience since trading in my phone with them. I have had to reach out every much just to pay my bill because they haven't applied my credit. I'll be terminating my service today and recommending everyone I know not to go with verizon for phone or home internet.Review from K. S

My mother & I were banned from the store by the manager no reason I am disabled & she is 77 we were trying to return a case & manager was being impossible he even went so far as to pace in angry circles back & forth. Never got my issue resolved. I had a panic attack, this store hires no women or minorities & the men they hire are misogynistic, arrogant, & rude. I ended up going to Apple Store super nice ppl work there. Casey said threatened me by banning us & calling corporate on us. My poor mother had to wait in for car for me until I too was banned. We were very cordial! Not rude!!! & they wouldn’t release my replacement phone to me even! The service stinks can't get service anywhere I tried to change payment by 1 day they changed it by a week and proceeded to charge me 200.00 without telling me it would be a 200. Tori is a **** ****** and so are the people that work in the store. First, they scammed my mother in law out of a deal they promised her, making her overpay her bill for more than a year so they could make more money on her. Next, we watched Tori sell an elderly woman a new phone instead of helping her find the flashlight button. Then, they refused to ship a phone we purchased when they said they would. And, when we called the store to resolve it, she screamed at us telling us to never call the store again. We sent a family member to get the phone and ship it at our expense. Bottom line, Tori and her team are low life scammers who are just trying to profit of elderly people in the community. Please do not go to the store, drive to the next town to get anything done with Verizon. Tori, please find a new line of work and get some therapy. Keith ****** at this Verizon Authorized Retailer fraudulently added services to our account that we declined, charged us for services that were not provided, and deceived us over the prices paid in store. He should be penalized for these actions. I went to the Verizon location and spoke with a different employee, who informed me that Keith ****** has a history of doing similar things to other customers, and that they have made multiple reports against him. Despite customer service sending me to them to have the bill adjusted, they did not know how to do it. They sent me to the store on 1st, who also told me they were also unable to remove the charges. They recommended that I continue to call customer service back over and over until I can get the call escalated, and the charges removed. Keith ****** should not be deceiving customers in this manner, I'm sure his commission check looks great after everything he fraudulently and underhandedly added to our service. Absolutely. Unprofessional, a waste of time calls me too much anguish, headache, time and money. I have been rerouted like a hamster on a wheel. I have spent 5 hours on the phone 2 × 5 hours in a chat 3 times I have been paying for 5G for over a year have not been getting, but forgey. 3 phones, one jetpack, hotspot, I will get a burner phone and my credit really doesn't matter at this point. Thank you for nothing. And the biggest headache and the worst thing that could pull me out of character. How dare you for the money? I have paid for all the money I have paid.
