Would not recommend a Pre Owned from this business while current used car manager is employed. March 8, 2024 bought a **** 2023 model truck with 4004 miles. I had asked for a lower price during my first inquire on this truck. Instead of saying "Sorry I cannot" the manager makes sarcastic comment saying "If I still have truck in 90 days maybe I will call you". Weeks later the price is lowered and I went to purchase the truck. Walk around and test drive looked good (Did not think to climb into truck bed and look and roof/Nor did salesman). Bought truck and when washing roof for first time, four days later, found scrapes and dents on roof. Salesman said he would get roof fixed. Truck was dropped off and sat at business for over one week. Salesman said repairs look great and come get the truck. Went to get truck and found no repairs made. Asked to leave the truck again and salesman assured repairs would be made. Truck sat again for another weekend and no repairs. Salesman now said come get truck because manager said truck will not be fixed and manager was blaming me for damage. In person, manager said he was not blaming me? Manager said Grayson BMW could not afford the estimated **** repair. I offered to pay the **** to expedite the repairs as I already lost use of my truck. The estimate then jumped to ****** I offered to pay the ***** to expedite the repairs and was refused having the repair services, even at my expense. Salesman told me that the manager "ordered" him to stop trying to help and had even threatened to fire him. Not the $70K experience anyone would expect from a manager at BMW dealership.

We regret buying our used Hyundai Sonata from Grayson. In under a week, there was a large oil leak in the driveway and almost empty oil. We were told it was inspected by salesman . Upon asking for help, we are told it’s not and, very condescending that we bought as is. Avoid Grayson like the plague. We are stuck with an expensive used car, and subsequent large price tag for repairs. They lie and don’t take ownership. Our mechanic said they would have seen the red flags.

The salesman told us it was inspected. By the time we got it home and saw all the leaks, management was condescending and acted like it was a hunk of junk and to be expected. It was, however, not a small problem. We expect small problems with used cars. Do better, Grayson.
