I enrolled my son ******** ****** in the school in May 2021. Due to scheduling issues I needed to cancel the month to month contract so sent a certified letter to the school in July 2021 which was signed for. The school continued to bill me and withdraw from my account the dues for July and August totaling approx. 160.00. I called the school at the end of August and spoke to ***** ****** the owner. He stated he uses a 3rd party billing and it sometimes takes awhile to get my refund. I called again in September and October and spoke to another instructor there who stated he will get the issued taken care of. At the beginning of December I called yet again and spoke to the instructor who asked me to email him my Venmo account and he would get the refund to me ASAP. It is now Jan 2022 and still no refund. (I do have a copy of the certified receipt if you do need it, I just have to look for it)
