I bought two vehicle from this auto sales. They where suppose to send the titles thru the mail and I never received them. I have called and called and they give me the run a round. They sent me drive out tag to the wrong address. Now they want me to pay **** dollars for new titles. We never agreed on that.Business response

******* *****r bought 2 vehichles from Lucas Auto Sales. After purchase we mailed both titles to the address she provided. She moved 2 days after purchasing cars and the address we sent the titles to the people living there would not give her mail and disposed of the titles. She called and told us what happened and we told her the auction charges **** * piece to get new titles. She agreed to pay the **** and we had the auction acquire new titles. Both titles came in and we told her she could pick them up anytime, she is now refusing to pay the **** fee for the processing of these titles. Lucas Auto Sales is not responsible for her losing the original titles, and we are not liable for the **** cost of the new titles. That is the fee the auction charges and we are just passing that bill to her. I have already paid to have these title duplicated and feel its just fair that I get my money back.Customer response

I have never refused to pay the ****. I have voiced that if they would have paid the taxes like we agreed upon the day of the purchase then I could have gotten duplicate titles for *** each. They even went as far as to asking me who's name I wanted the cars in. They said that one car belonged to another car lot and the other car was a buddies wife's car so why did they pay an auction house **** ? Now they will not answer my calls. I live two hours away and its hard for me to just ride that far due to my condition. It seems that I have no choice in the matter since they did not hold to our agreement that they pay the taxes and I pay for the tags.
