The order was placed on march 14. The total was *******. I have been told that what I ordered is in stock and I've been told multiple times that they would be in contact with the shipping department to find out what's happening with my package. I feel like all the email responses I have got are generic and that nobody is really working to find out what has happened to my almost **** package. Shipping has not updated from the first update which said the shipping label has been created still waiting to receive the package That's what it has said since I got my shipping information on march 15th. I have emailed them daily and just keep getting generic email responses back. I have all the emails but do not know how to attach them to this formInitial Complaint

On Feb 15th I placed an order that I had hoped to be here by March 1st as that is when I needed it. On Feb 26th I had realized the shipment still hadn't been fulfilled so I sent an email to inquire about it. They had informed me that my order got mixed up and didn't get shipped yet so I asked if there was anyway we could expedite shipping. They informed me that I could not expedite shipping and that is when I asked for a refund. I was initially told no problem to just supply them with refund information and it would happen. Over the next two weeks they went back and forth with me for different ways to do the refund and then went silent. On Apr 2nd I received an email telling me that my order had been fulfilled/shipped and I would no longer be getting a refund. When I asked why and told them I would prefer the refund they repeatedly said there is nothing else they can do.Customer response

I paid approximately ****** *** which I paid on November 17th through 2 separate orders which I can provide documentation of. My first order was in October and never arrived so I emailed them and they said they would send another order and I added more supplements to my second order. When I emailed them they said the packages had been handed over to the Canadian post and they were not responsible even though I paid for shipping insurance.Initial Complaint

I didn’t receive a shipment that the post office marked as delivered but later told me that they put it in the wrong mailbox in my cluster I was in contact with the company for several months trying to get them to understand that I did not receive the item I paid over ******* for a they finally told me to file a claim with the post office and and they would reship I provided the claim number. And they said that i should place another order and they would reship for no charge (I have all the emails proving this! Well they cancelled that orde and when I asked why they said that they reshipped it. Little did I know that the “reshipment” they were talking about is the order that I paid another ******* for while I was fighting with them about the non delivered one. Now they are saying too bad we are not reshipping because you didn’t buy insurance (which I never had an option to buy). This company is a complete scamInitial Complaint

Hello I placed an order on November 22nd and made the payment on November 27th through venmo in the amount of ********** Around that time I placed another order which i received. Total I had two orders, one paid through Veno and one online, i did not get the order that I paid through veno, my complaint is regarding that order. Per company's request I send the photo of the Veno payment to their email support@purerawz.co. Order number ********* Company replied and confirmed the payment advising that I would get my order within 5-12 business days. I followed up on December 21st stating that I did not receive my order. Around that time the company was giving giveaway for Holidays. The company replied that I was a winner for one of their giveaways and that my shipment was on the way. On December 29th I received the giveaway gift but not my order. I sent an email to the company on the same day stating that I did not get my order but got their gift. I also send a photo of what was shipped to me which did not have my order. Purerawz replied apologizing and stating that my order got lost. They advised that I place another order and send them the order numbers. Here is what they replied on December 30th. "Hi Anna, Kindly reorder using the same products from your previous purchase. No payment is required, so please ignore any payment instructions...." I followed their direction and placed the orders and sent then the order numbers on December 31st. They confirmed on January 2nd. I am still missing my order that I paid through Veno. I have been following up constantly and getting the same reply, apologizing for the delay. However, on February 12th of 2024 they changed their story and replied stating that I already got this order on December 29th. I realized they're playing games with me, delaying and trying to scam. I want to get refund asap. I have a copy of all our emails, its too large to upload but I can email.Initial Complaint

Placed an order in November, never received the package. After over 20 emails and complaints with them contacting post office, filing complaint they said they would reship and havent. I placed another order on Jan 20 which also hasn’t shipped. They are taking money before shipping….and then not shipping/.
