Communication has been impossible with this company. My problem is that they won’t upload my document because of some very minor missing information , but will not advise me as to how to supply it. There is NO phone support. If necessary, I am willing to pay for support. When I contact their “help” desk, they send me links for irrelevant sites. I feel like I am being held hostage and have no way out. This matter could be taken care of with a simple phone call. When I contact the “live”chat option, they tell me they will get back to me in two days. Then they send me useless links.Ingram Content Response

The Ingramspark.com closed four accounts for publishing for me without the reason one time and deleted all my books. The site does not publish for free. It costs the publisher writer about 50 dollars to publish each book and also asks the writer to have an ISBN. The cost to publish each paper and digital book together with the ISBNs is $90. They canceled the publication of all books in them and also banned me as a writer. I am prevented also from opening any new account to further fight me. They refused to answer even my inquiries about the status of my accounts.

I originally agreed with Carries *** (from Ingramspark) in April 2022 to keep the account XXXXXXX active if Ingramspark wants that I have one account only, and to transfer the books in other accounts to account XXXXXXX. Carries *** confirmed they will do that. But Carries *** did not do that, instead Ingramspark closed all my four accounts arbitrary in 22 July 2022.
I got the response from their legal office that the accounts closures is final and will not allow me to open new accounts also
Please assist me with my complaint about Ingramspark.com to reopen my four accounts they closed Arbitrary or find fair resolution such as leaving one account (account XXXXXXX) active and transferring the books of all other accounts to itIngram Content Response

You cant take such arbitrary decision of closing all my four accounts and also to block me as an Author to further fight me while all mistakes and confusions from your side and I was responding immediately to any request from you with evidences. Then you say your decision is final ???
You even close the phones in my face and dont allow to speak one word and requested the operator not to connect me to anybody. Even my accounts in the support page suspended to hide my old tickets and to prevent me sending tickets. Why all that ??
Can I know why Ingramspark fight me such way ??? Who instructed you to deal with me such way ????? Why you play with me such games ????
I did not know that is not allowed to open multiple accounts and they never contacted me about that or any other issue. I never disturbed them even with a ticket. The reason that I opened many accounts that I asked Ingramspark support and told me it is allowed as long I publish different books on them. I grouped my books in four accounts and my books were different. That was for my publishing security as I experienced that publishing websites close accounts anytime without reason as happened now in Ingramspark. I was maintaining my accounts properly and I had no problem and conflict with them at all and they never contacted me about that.
Ingramspark keeps changing regulation and they want now to close old authors accounts to allow only certain vendors to open accounts and that why they dont accept inbound calls from customers today. They want to close accounts and runaway as they did with me
In April 2022 they sent me email from Carries *** that I must keep only one account. I responded them directly that I want to keep account ******* active and to transfer the other books from other accounts to it. Carries *** was not responding. Finally she responded that she will do that.
But they did not transfer the books from April 2022. I thought they will keep all my four accounts. But suddenly I got sudden email after three months in July 2022 from Carries *** that they are closing all my accounts with no discussion and it is final decision. I did not open any new account from Dec 2020. So I surprised why they act with me such way.
The publishing of a book in in Ingramspark not free. It costs the publisher 50 USD plus I must buy two ISBNs one for digital and other for paper book. The cost of one ISBN is around 20 USD. So imagine each (paper+ebook) costs 90 USD. I have around 99 (paper+epub titles) in four accounts. So I deserve 8910 USD. Who is going to pay me that amount. That why they afraid to discuss with me and run away because they know I deserve compensation of the publishing costs of all 99 (epub+paper) books in the four accounts.
I've been publishing at times when they offer a Promotion Code that exempts me the $50 book publishing fee but doesn't exempts me from the cost of ISBNs. And if I need for example to republish the 99 (paper+ebook) titles, I must pay the publication costs for the books again. So I deserve compensation of the the publication cost of all 99 (paper+ebooks)

Please assist me with my complaint about Ingramspark to reopen my four accounts they closed Arbitrary or find some sort of fair resolution such as leaving one account (account *******) active and transferring the books of all other accounts to the active account (as I originally agreed with them). They must remove the block from me as an author. If they insist not to open any account to me and to transfer all books to it, they have to pay the compensation of the publishing costs of all 99 (paper+ebook) titles (around 8910 USD) .
