my son lived at Hunters Creek for 2 years. From 2021 to 2023, during that time he (and I) had frequent contact with Hunters Creek Management. My son moved out of Hunters Creek aprox August 2023 and we received no communications from Hunters Creek afterwards. I contact Hunters Creek after his move out and they assured my everything was fine and no fees were due. However, almost 1 year later, we received notice that we owed an outstanding water bill and that he and I had been turned over to a collection agency. I contact Hunters Creek to verify this out stranding charge. They said the bill was correct and they made numerous mistakes in the past contacting residence about these move our charges, however there was nothing they would or could to at this time. I contacted the bill collectors "ProCollect" and paid the balance in full. I would like for Hunters Creek to admit to their mistake and make sure my son and my credit scores are not impacted by their mistake.Business response

Good morning,
Sorry for the delayed response. I have been playing catch up from being out last week. After we spoke on the phone I was doing some digging to try and find out more info regarding the complaint. What I found what this was actually already handled. I spoke with ***** on the phone the day after he placed a review on ****** actually and we got everything resolved. Please see attached documents and let me know if there is anything else you may need.
