  Contract agreement on Oct 9, 2020 to renovate interior and exterior of home. Contract finalized on Dec 30, 2020 with final cost of $79,700.00 for renovation. As stated in our renovation contract, the exterior deck would have rotted boards replaced to include adding supports & underbuilds to bring deck to code. Completely tearing down existing stair and rebuilding new stringer & stairs. Pressure washing, painting and waterproofing for a 5-year warranty. We emailed business on 10/26/2021 stating that the deck paint was chipping and needed attention. No response. We called business on 11/2/2021 and confirmed they had our contact #'s. An employee came 11/9/2021 to view back deck and stated that the wood was rotted and paint is chipped; which would indicate the rotted boards were not originally replaced as stated in the contract. We called the business 3 times between 11/12/2021 and 11/29/2021 to get a resolution. No response to date. We would like the deck repaired to meet the original contract specifications given.
