On 1/27/23 dropped truck of in running order only needed the radiator repaired as it had a leak. Upon inspection the technician contacted me stating it needed a crankshaft seal replaced in which I approved and the work was completed. After the completion of the work the technician stated the truck is good to go for awhile. We paid the bill picked up the truck on 2/1/23 and made it 1 block before it broke down. They hauled it back and said the crankshaft is no longer reading the sensor. They are refusing to fix the issue they caused as I have contacted multiple mechanics in which all have stated it is a high possibility they messed up and now I will need a new motor. Owner is completely out of line and I have no idea how this place is even open any more. So many complaints from around town. Refusing to stand by their warranty and pretty much told me oh well.Business response

The crankshaft seal replacement was done strictly following Ford OEM GUIDELINES and using the specific tool specified by Ford to replace the seal. After the repair was done the vechile was brought up to operating temperature as required to check for leaks. Then vehicle was driven approximately eight miles and brought back to the shop to check for leaks again. All operations at that time were ?? percent satisfactory. This vehicle is considered high milage and neglected.Business response

Please read your FINAL invoice. It clearly explained that your engine had metal chunks in the oil. .8 miles your vehicle was driven. We can NOT guarantee how long your engine would last. We did NOT WORK INTERNALLY. This is my last response. We did not cause your engine issues. We did NO INTERNAL WORK on your engine. PLEASE READ YOUR INVOICECustomer response

The technician called me direct for cell phone stating the motor was good to go for awhile. We had zero motor issues upon arrival of the truck. We have had another technician look at the motor after they had replaced the seal and have determined the seal was incorrectly installed and the tool that was used was incorrect as well, in which had pulled/moved that cam shaft enough to cause the cam to not read and rod 7 to rub against the cam shaft. The truck was not driven at all as they are claiming. I have all my guys take pictures of the mileage and tools left on the vehicle before it gets released. This company is completely in the wrong and will do everything in their power to cover up anything they've done wrong. This is unacceptable by any standard as well as the reviews others have left also gives plenty or reasoning as to why they are no longer highly rated. The issues with the motor was caused by the company and their proper ways of handling the cam shaft to replace the seal.Initial Complaint

On March 10, 2022 I took my semi truck to this facility it was diagnosed as having bad fuel injectors 2 were needing to be replaced. My driver staying in a hotel near by for a week called everyday with no completion day given. Stated that they were waiting for parts and could take anywhere from a week to a month for delivery. On March 18 I was told this, flew my driver who I paid to stay there a week home only to receive a call later that same day saying my truck would be ready for pick up the next day March 19. How and why did you just tell me a week to a month before the parts would get there because the place you ordered from couldn't get them out any sooner. Ok I fly back from Illinois to get my truck at midnight having paid 3400 earlier that day to them. To drive less than an hour down the road and smoke, shaking, and backfiring began just as it did when I dropped it off. Called first thing in the morning only to be told there's nothing they can do about it.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/23) */ We apologize for any inconvenience to the customer. However we did everything possible on our side to get the truck repaired as fast as possible. We cannot control outside parts companies and their delays in supply chains with parts. When we ordered the injectors for this vehicle we were given a delivery date of monday, which we relayed to the customer. Unfortunately they did not deliver them until thursday, which is out of our control. As for the issues after leaving, the parts and labor are wearrantied, if theres any defect in our labor or the parts installed, it would be repaired at no charge. But the customer called on saturday, no office personel is in on the wekkends. The tech told the customer to call on monday and a manager would take care of his issue. Instead of doing so, the customer left this complaint.
