I filed a claim in February 24 because there was a leak over the winter and our living room and bathroom floor has been rotting away. The inspector came out and told us it the adjuster would get back to us in 10 days. We called on the 12th day to find out they had not just received paperwork and it would be another 10 days. This was mentioned to us by customer service. I called again May 18th for customer service to tell us our claim was closed. I have called management and left messages also left texts to the automated program but have to received a call back. This is the first claim we have submitted in 4 years of owning the property. I would like them to take some responsibility or at least a refund if they are not going to take care of what I have paid for.Business response
