I went with the intention to purchase a new phone since mine was damaged. They didnt have anything available at the store as they stated they did over the phone. When I got to the store they said and it would take about 3 days to get a phone in. He explained they repaired phones and could fix ours and have it ready by the following day. They explained it would be $250 to repair the screen and we would pay when we picked up the following day since the tech was not there. We gave them $100 down and we would pay the rest when we pickup since it was best for us so when we would pickup we would only owe $150. Within 5 mins of walking out to the parking lot. We decided to cancel the repair since it would be better to go to apple and just purchase a phone since they had stock available. I went back inside and told him to cancel the repair since we really needed our phone for work. He got very angry and told us he would cancel the repair but was not going to give us our money back. We called the police because this seemed extremely unfair. The police tried to reason with them and they were so rude and ugly to the police. They finally gave me my phone back but not my money. Something needs to be done with the way they are treating people and taking everyone's money this way.
