Attention Adesa Memphis Auto Auction/ ****************************************************** Invoice #***** (Vin last six #'s: ******) Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I submitted an 'IF' ***. The business contacted me and states the seller wanted $4,000 more than my original offer. I declined. This action closes the *** out entirely and the buyer is no longer contacted in regards to this sale. Adesa's office manager, ****** later contacted me stating the seller had accepted my offer which should have been previously closed on our last contact. I then received an invoice for $1400.00 on a sale i declined. Please address this immediately. Please note: I have contacted this business by email and phone, i gave the business 30 days to review and provide any response to my concerns, the business failed to contact me by email or by phone. The only method of contact from the business has been by mailed invoice. (Attached) ** Desired resolution: Remove the negative connotation from WFL Investments account & close the incorrect $1400.00 *** entirely. I hope to continue my good standing/membership with your auction. **
