Got an oil change not even two week ago in engine locked up ! Couldnt find the receipt but have the sticker saying they changed my oilBusiness response

This customer made a visit for an oil change on her 2003 ****** COROLLA. In the process of ** doing the oil change we noticed oil leaking. We showed the customer the oil leaks and explained we will not be able to change her oil on her vehicle because she has major oil leaks. We explained to the customer that we have a policy to not work on a engine that possibly has internal issues. This customer then begged for us to go ahead and do the oil change services. Understandably, we went ahead to do the oil change, not knowing that this customer was going to blame us for the engine damages after we explained our policy. Two weeks later customer reached out with our management to explain the issues. We then went out to check on customers vehicle were it was parked at her home. We had a tow truck to bring it in so that we exchange the engine. The engine replacement service was done properly and the customer's vehicle is back on the road. The problem is resolved.

Took my car to brothers auto for ac not working. Dropped it off on 6/26/22. Was later called to pick it up and paid the **** for ******. Rode home and discovered ac was still not working. Went back and talked to uncle **** and was told now it's the condenser. But was also told even if he replaces it he can't be sure that will fix the problem. He should not have recharged the system if he was guessing about it, I could've guessed myself. I don't have that type of money to throw away. I would certainly think an adjustment is in order. Please let me know what I can do to receive a partial refund cause that's bad business to guess on a person's car. Thank you *********************
