I bought a car from them on May 20th, 2023. All he said was there was a leak. He said I could sign the paperwork the following Monday. No as-is sign on the car. On Monday morning, I noticed the car did not have any seatbelts in the backseat when I tried to take my kid to school. My husband called and asked about the seatbelt. The dealer, ******, said it was under the seat but it was not. Then I went to get my hair done and I came back out and the car would not turn on. The lady who did my hair and her brother attempted to jump start the battery. The car still would not turn on.. so she had to take me home. I told the dealer, I no longer wanted the car and he said he would give me my money back. He said bring it by the next day. I attempted to. He did not answer the phone. The day after that I attempted again, he said the owner of the dealership was at a graduation and to come by the next day. Now today is Thursday and he is saying the owner is refusing to give me my money.
