On Jul 15,2022, my car was towed to the dent specialist by ******* the owner. He received a repair check of $5775.68 from my insurance **mpany. Aug 19, *********************************************************************************************** the building, on backordered or in route. Per the ins **mpany on the phone with both of us, informed him of re issuing my the *** cashed. Also to provide any lost of refundable parts to make sure he was paid. I took a photo of the car onsite before removing. showing only the bumper and left and right fender pulled off since it was dropped off. Two weeks later he states he is waiting to be sued because he don't have the funds and proof of any purchases for parts. The ins ** has **ntacted him on several occasion to explain that he needs to refund my repair check. This is a person who has taken advantage of a woman to serve his own personal expenses. Bad Business practices. Now, I have a damaged car and not enough fund to repair it.

April 22nd was when I mer with the owner outside of his establishment for a quote for painting some parts I was going to place on my 2020 Dodge Challenger. He said he would paint, assemble and even repair damage on the back right side of the car for $3,000. I had bought the parts I needed directly from the dealership so there was no need for part ordering on his behalf. Left front door, left front side mirror, right front fender, front bumper fascia and bumper grille assembly is all the parts I had for him to install. He confirmed right there and then that he would order the exact paint color that day and that same day he would have it and that he would start on repairing and dismantling the car while I went and got the parts he needed to replace. On April 28 he asked for another $1,000 for miscellaneous and labor. Time passed and on May 13 he asked $2,000 more stating that the door I had provided for him did not match the year of the car and that his technichian was going to have trouble installing the window assembly or that I would have to get a new window assembly. He stated that I had two options, 1 being he ordered it from the dealership which would cost about $1,200 but it would take time for shipping or that he would order it from a friend of his out of town for $2,000 but he would be able to get it in days time and would have my vehicle ready in a week. During a month I contacted him about 3 times and in all he stated he was having issues with the door and the paint and for rhat reason my vehicle was not ready. On July 1st he texted and said my car was finished. I was shocked to see the horrible job he had done, the paint job was not professional, my car had missing parts, the door is not even tge door he said he bought, its another years door, The window doesnt move up or down beacise of the wrong door and the car was full of dust from the interior, didnt even bother to wash it from the outside and inside. And there is a lot of overspray on the paint.
