      HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I have probably 20 emails back and forth with this company, where it was initially resolved with them saying, on TWO separate occasions, that they were going to correct my order and send the actual, original order I had placed. Come to find out - the company ended up ghosting me AND not righting my order!!!!! They literally LIED to me!!!! Disgusting people! Disgusting company!! Even more DISGUSTING OWNER!!!!!!

      Do not buy from Phillip Ashley Chocolates. I placed an order on December 4, 2023. My charge card was charged on Dec. 5, 2023. Today is Feb. 15, ****, and no chocolates were ever delivered. Oprah recommended this company. What a rip off!

      There was a significant delay in shipping an item specific to the holiday season. I expected to receive it for Thanksgiving and received it on Jan 31, despite sending an email weeks prior requesting my money back. The company never responded to my emails.

      Ordered on 11/14/23 with an advertised ship date of 11/20/23. On 12/1/23, I received an email stating that shipping had been delayed from the originally anticipated date, but claimed orders had begun going out on 12/1/23. I next received an email on 12/14/23 stating that my order status had been "updated to 'awaiting shipment." I still haven't received my item, which was supposed to be for Thanksgiving - It's now after New Year's. I have emailed the company FOUR times with zero response. Opened a case with PayPal and he responded immediately saying my order was shipping that very day (ha) or I could request a refund. I replied that I wanted a refund. No response. Sent two more messages through PayPal convo on 1/10 and 1/19 and still no response. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Purchased my candy on November 12 for the holidays coming up and it did not get here. They said until after the holidays but I was on holiday and no candy but I still had to pay for this bad performance lack of service if anyone buys anything from this company beware because youre not gonna get what you want. Have a great day.

      I ordered advent calendar chocolates in September. It's now Dec. 16 and I've neither received my order nor a refund. I emailed Dec. 3; they replied saying they'd ship it and offer me 50% next year. No thanks: there will not be a next year. I emailed again Dec. 10, 7 days after their reply, saying I still hadn't received my order and, due to the nature of my order being an ADVENT CALENDAR and it's MID DECEMBER, I want a refund immediately. No reply. Keep in mind, I live like a mile away from this shop. I'm very sad because I love their chocolates, but this is terrible customer service and business management. They had three months to honor the order, and now two weeks to refund my over $100 order. 1 star because I couldn't select none.

      Placed an order on 12/22/2022 and was charged at that time. It is now 2/6/2023 and the item has not arrived. Tried to reach out and never heard back.Was trying to be patient, but no longer have confidence in this company (after this experience and reading the many other reviews) and disputed with *****************

      Placed an order for $140 dollars on 11/24. More than a month later and I still have not received any contact. I have tried calling, chat on their website, email,Texting through ******** messenger and do not receive a return response from any of them. I have tried OVER 15 attempts to get this rectified. I went to the https://consumer.ftc.gov/consumer-alerts/2021/11/what-do-if-your-online-order-never-arrives-and-how-get-your-money-back After looking at this, I have decided to dispute the charge.

      Placed an order for 500 dollars in Late November. 3 weeks later ghosted. Dont bother emailing, chatting or calling absolutely non existent customer service. 2nd and last order had left a 5 ******** 1 will dispute credit card charge next week ****** rating has dropped 1-1.5 points in six months. Glad I dont own this business

      I'm one of many who bought something from Phillip Ashley Chocolates in Dec., 2021. They told me that they were backed up on orders and will send me my chocolates at a later date. But they took the money out of my account and I didn't hear back from them. I emailed them and finally, they got back to me and said they were apologizing for the inconvenience and didn't have enough employees to keep up with the orders. Still not suggesting refunding me my money back. But instead saying to please be patient. It now June 2022 and have not heard anything from this company. I'm sorry, but I lost all respect for one of ************************* favorite things. I hope Phillip Ashley Chocolates are not doing too many others like this. I also hope you guys get your act together.
