Memphis Jewish Community Center holds Day Camp for kids. I signed my daughter up for day camp for 3 weeks. The scheduling was very difficult even for a computer savvy person. I actually required assistance by a staff member of the **** She accidentally signed my daughter (*********************) up for a week that she was not supposed to (week 9 to be exact). I attempted to cancel that week well in advance (several weeks ago). I have been denied this and the *** is refusing to refund the cost of that week of camp. I was not even responsible for signing her up for the week in question and the center is still refusing to refund me.Business response

The submitter reached out to our chief financial officer directly and we have resolved the matter.
