I have work from SKB for over a month, first issues that I have is that there is poor communication. I had an issue with reporting to a site my second day, no one was at the site. I could not call in. I then called my supervisor, and I didn't get an answer. I then called office and was told they forgot to reach out, but I could pick from what work sites that she had available and could report to that location. I didn't have a problem with that. When I reported to the new worksite, the staff there was talk about the company (SKB) losing the contract. I did not really think much about it because I didn't hear from SKB or site supervisor. As I continued to show up for work every, I continued to hear about the company (SKB) losing the contract. As of now no one from SKB has reached out to me and I'm hearing that I along with my other coworkers are going to receive a separation notice on 6/24/2022. Being a new employee to this company; this is a disheartening situation as they hired me knowing that they (SKB) had lost the contract.
