My nephew paid for his Dad headstone in the year 2020 and still waiting on his headstone thats been two years ago my nephew ask for a refund but they keep giving him the run around and tell all kind of lies. We have waited patience lyric but still no response all I'm asking for is my family member headstone or a refund can you guys help me with this issueReflections Printing & Monument Co., LLC Response

Bad for business.I paid my for my son's headstone last year and still waiting on my son headstone.The company makes me feel like they are spending the money for other purposes and try to gain money back for people headstone after they have spent the money on other things.I paid in full.Reflections Printing & Monument Co., LLC Response

We know this is a very difficult time for you and your family but the delays we have been experiencing has been completely unexpected, and we also try our best to update you as much as possible. I was told that the headstones that I ordered for my loved ones would be ready in no more than 16 weeks. I placed the order on 04/14/21 and they were not completed until March 2022. I also paid for them to be installed $185 a piece. When I showed up to meet the installer, he had no clue as to where the plots were located and suggested that he just leave them there until the definite place is confirmed. Who does that, just leaving the headstones laying in a cemetery. I told him to just load them into my vehicle until I can figure out what to do next. I'm never dealing with them again for any services that they offer and would like to have the money I spent for the install refunded since that didn't happen....Reflections Printing & Monument Co., LLC Response

REFLECTIONS has to have a definite location of a grave site, we WILL NOT place headstones on graves that are not confirmed, the family must know where there loved one plot is located to install a headstone. (That's with EVERY MONUMENT COMPANY) Once the installer got to the cemetery, and MR. L****** did not know where his loved ones plots where located, the installer could not and we will not let the family guess at where the plot/grave is and put it on a Individual grave that is not correct. The installer was at the cemetery to install the headstones but MR. L****** does not know where his loved ones plots are as he previously stated in his comments; it is imperative to know where your loved ones are buried before placing a headstone order or to get the location before the installers go out to install so that this will not occur. We deeply apologize MR. L****** that you are unaware of the locations but the installer has specific orders not to place headstones on unknown graves. Thank you again for your patience and business. My experience with this place (and i say place because it didn't seem like a business to me, it was a night mare ) It took them 12 months to place a headstone at my moms gravesite. And that cause a lot of pain and suffering within my family.They showed me a lack of sympathy and no respect for my mom or my family. They were paid in full from the very start, which was in the month of Jan 2021 and here it is Jan 2022, the headstone was just placed this month.Very unprofessional and no respect for the deceased or the customer.I would not entrust them to place a letter on a dog house, and never will i do business with such a place again.Reflections Printing & Monument Co., LLC Response

The delay on Mr. A****** HEADSTONE was caused by delay of payment, he called his credit card company two weeks after he PURCHASED the Headstone and asked for a refund (without notifying our company) so his order was CANCELLED! (please see attached credit card letter and return statement from Mr. A****** credit card company for returned payment that was sent to our company) After he was informed that the ordered was cancelled, he contacted the credit card company to ask for the funds to be deposited back to our company, this process took 6-8 months to clear. Therefore if Mr. A****** wouldn't have pull his credit card payment back without informing us, His order would have been completed and processed in a timely manner. We take pride in our business in satisfying all of our families,

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Maybe her bank didn't give her the money back ,but my credit card company give it back in February. And I would not have pulled it back if I didn't fell as though I was being scammed. Once you was paid ,i could not contact u for nothing, sent emails, text,phone calls and no response. So all I could do was pull my money back. As a business the customer should always be able to contact you. Want you have going on in your life is not may business. But when I spend my money with u . I should be able to contact you. So unprofessional and all I know is that your company did not deserve that 1 star rating. Should have been a 0. Our company Communicated with Mr. A****** throughout the process via telephone and email. There were a total of 7 emails sent to Mr. A****** (please see attached emails) in which he responded to each of them. A line of communication was kept with Mr. A******, the delay in this order was the reversal of the credit card payment without notifying our company and the time frame it took the credit card company to give the funds back to our company after Mr. A****** decided he wanted to repurchase the headstone again. The headstone was installed at the cemetery after payment was received. Thank you again for your business Mr. A****** and our apologies that you were not satisfied with the time frame, but proper steps has to be taken when payments are reversed without notifying our company.
