Would give them negative stars if I could. My wife and I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson brand new from them in 2019. Here we are not even 5 years later and ****** miles and the vehicle has a major oil leak. Im losing about 1 quart of oil per 1000 miles. ***** the vehicle up there let them know whats going on and Hyundai tells me that an oil consumption test is necessary before any mechanical work can be done. After test is completed one of the service advisors tells me that burning 1 quart of oil every thousand miles is normal?? Anyone with a working knowledge of vehicles knows this is incorrect. They are currently doing another test on the vehicle and said they needed to keep it for up to 3 days. Furthermore, after asking for a loaner vehicle, I was laughed at and told no that the only way I could get a loaner vehicle was if a work order was put in for it and even then I would have to wait up to four weeks to get it. Hyundai would also not cover the cost of the rental vehicle they were forcing me to get. When I purchased this vehicle, I was promised a loaner vehicle immediately if any work had to be done. I will no longer be doing any business with Hyundai going forward once I no longer have this vehicleReview from Matthew O

WolfChase Hyundai sold me 2014 Jeep last year. They told me there was no A/C in the vehicle. I became disinterested in purchasing a vehicle with no A/C then the salesman told me the previous owner had began to set the vehicle up to receive A/C and it only needed a compressor. I figured no big deal. That not to much of an additional cost. I tried get them to send me information on what was installed for the A/C. I called and emailed and they ghosted me. I finally saved up enough have a compressor put in. I took the vehicle in recently to two different mechanics. Both mechanics told me that my vehicle was not set up with anything. There is nothing! I would have to go to a dealer and have an entire A/C system installed. A compressor cost about $300-$900 to install, an A/C system can cost up to $4,000. I cant express my anger and disappointment enough to make it coherent. This is exploitation of a persons willingness, needs and lack of knowledge. People should hold themselves to a higher standard. What happened to customer service? They seem to forget that these are the people in their community that they are serving. I guess that means nothing these days.Review from Colisha F

They sold me a lemon that I have had to get work down on all the time and they did not properly inspect their product before selling it. I have spent money on this vehicle since Ive had it and have to spend more money after I put the vehicle in the shop again for things that could have been avoided prior to my purchasing of the vehicle and also try to make payments on the vehicle as well. I feel that they were not confident in there word and just wanted to make a sale on a car I cant even trade in because what Im paying is too much for a car thats ten years old, I feel like I was put into an agreement that was a bad investment in which is costing me too much money.Review from Imetra K

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid my motor went out in February I called Hyundai to get scheduled for an appointment to bring my car in . When I called Hyundai stated they were backed up so the next available appointment was in june . I got my car towed to Hyundai in june it took them a month to give me a loaner car and my car was still sitting. I called to see when they were going to start working on it , the manager told me my technician was out because he had a death in the family and they were waiting on him to come back off leave . Here it is august , they have finally finished dropping my engine in . They emailed me and said that my hybrid battery is dead and its going to cost ***** for a new one . I called Friday morning to talk to manager , she told me that from my car sitting so long it drained the battery and now my car wont crank . My car was cranking perfectly fine when it got towed to Hyundai and now its not adding up to me that now theyve dropped the new engine in and now its not cranking . I feel like at this point Hyundai is just trying to get some money out of me because its not my fault that the battery died its theres because they let my car sit for 3 months so they should replace my batteryReview from Stephanie G

A breach of contract and questionable business practices. In June of 2022 I purchase a ******** In financing when signing I was give details of my perks that comes along with the car. The contract had a 147 miles and the car listed as new. When I discovered that the documents did not have the correct mileage I ask them to change it. The miles were listed at **** miles. They sent it through finances with 147 and charge me for a band new vehicle. There is so much to this that I regret purchasing the vehicle. I am currently seeking legal assistance and filing court case.Review from Laura B

Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy on 11/29/2022. On 11/25/2022 I was back there because the sun roof would not close. On December 13, 2022 vehicle would not start. I had car towed to Hyundai which they had for 2 days and said it was a computer/module issue that they fixed. On December 22, 2022 my car yet again would not start! On 12/29/2022 I was told by the service department that I would need to contact towing at my expense and the would reimburse me. This is unacceptable! The General Manager told me they would have the car picked up at their expense. Today is 1/2/2023 and the car is still sitting in my driveway and I am still waiting on a replacement vehicle!! I have not even made the 1st payment yet, it is due to be paid this week. I was also told that my replacement car would be there today 1/2/2023. Have I heard from them?? NO - I have called and left message with the *** Doubt I will hear anything today. This has been a mess and very stressful!! I would not under any circumstance consider purchasing a Hyundai. Now have to get an attorney involved could this get any better??Review from LEO C

Qusetionable business practices. I built a vehicle online and brought the paperwork into the dealership and we worked out a deal on my trade. I waited quite awhile to get my vehicle. Once it was in the issues began. They tried to upcharge me an additional $1000 for the tow package that clearly shows $495 when I built it online. Their excuse, "this is what we pay to have it done!" Then they charged me an additional $2000+ for a clearcoat on the paint and an alleged upholstery protectant for the leather. 2 items I did not ask for. Per the manager, "Hyundai Motors and Wolfechase have an agreement and they are to put out highend service for their vehicles. This includes the upholstery protectant and paint sealer!" Armor all wipes would hlp the seats and a good wax job helps the paint. Neither of those extras do I believe they put on my vehicle. Least to say, I will never purchase another vehicle from them. Their service department is another animal. I've had great service up til now. Multiple recalls and engine light on and a warning message regarding my ABS and suspension failure came on Sunday. Called to make an appointment. First available apppointment, November 4th. It's August 29th. I purchased the extended warranty with my new vehicle purchase. It was to come with rental or loaner vehicle when the vehicle is down for extended amount of time. Well, they are less than cooperative in fullfilling that part of the contract. I think 2+ month wait time for repairs should be considered an extended amount of time. Mind you no excuse given as to why I couldn't get a loaner or rental until they get me in to check out my vehicle. Wouldn't be the end of the world if it wasn't something to do with my brakes. Now I can't (afraid to) drive my truck until I get it looked at. Other dealerships same problem. No appointments available for awhile.Wolfchase Hyundai Response

During the sale of a vehicle the tow package and installation is **** this is including the harness, which is disclosed at he time of purchase. As well as the appearance package that is applied to all of our new car vehicles. This could be considered high-end but it is the best paint and upholstery coverage to insure a higher value of each vehicle during the period of ownership. On behalf of the service department appointments some appointments are delayed. Like most dealerships there are various reasons for these delays. The availability and supply of parts owning the largest percentage of these delays. When our customer originally called in 8/29 they did not give any concern about having to schedule out to 11/14. We will be reaching out and cover and resolve all of these items.

Everyone there was polite, kind, and helpful. We purchased two cars the same day and the service has been excellent from day one, until now two years later.
