      I reserved a water slide for our Fourth of July party on 4/14/2022. I was called about a month ago asking for delivery time and setup location, so it seemed everything was moving fine. On Sunday I texted the number of the lady who I had spoken to to tell her the time frame that our street had a mini parade on it, 8:30-9:30. Delivery was always schedule for *****. At 9:42AM I received a voicemail saying they were running behind and we were next for delivery. 10:54AM I called asking for an update because no one was there yet, still was told we were next and they'd be there ASAP. 11:35AM we called again and were told they were in Olive ****** and we were their 3rd stop. 12:45PM they finally showed and the slide was ready to use at 1:15PM for a party that started at 10AM with all young kids that were gone by 2PM for naps. We got to use it for 45 minutes before the party ended for something I reserved 3 months in advance. While the guys were setting the slide up it was draining water out, so clearly it was used that morning before getting to my house. I've been calling the 3 numbers of the people who contacted me from this business today, no one has answered me and all their mailboxes are full. *****************-314-2293, and ************. I texted the first 2 numbers listed at 3PM yesterday telling them to pick the slide up that we were done with it. I still have the slide in my backyard, no one has contacted me and I'm at work. Our yard is fenced and gated so not sure what their plan is for removal.

      Hello Mr. *************** had a chance to review your complaint, and Id like to apologize for the late setup on July 4, 2022. After following up with the Operations Manager who was onsite, I was told that one of your guests asked for 50% off and when questioned,you stated that everything was ok and nothing was needed. I can assure you the Operations Manager was prepared to apply a partial refund at the time of delivery. Tardiness and lack of communication is something that our team at Bluff City Parties and Events doesnt take lightly.

      Unfortunately,several things went wrong on the busiest day of the year that adversely affected your event. All customers agreed to a next day pickup on the 4th of July.

      Based on what youve shared with me, heres how I can resolve the problem.

      A refund in the amount of 75% of your order totaling $414.94 was issued. The receipt is attached. We will also provide a $100.00 credit towards your next rental of ****** or more if you should decide to give us an opportunity service another event.

      Ill be working on this ticket from start to finish, so you can respond to me directly with any follow up questions. How does that sound?

      In the meantime, Ive shared your feedback with our team, and we have since hired additional office staff to assist with efficient and effective communication as well added steps and questions for confirmation of deliveries and setups that should reduce incidents that cause delays.
