      They dont respond to tenants work orders in a timely manner especially those who are new move in you feel as though why would the leasing agent and maintenance tell lies that a unit is ready and is filthy. It is unfortunate that based on a zip code some tend to think you should not have a clean unit to lease and have to scrub someones else filth before you can move in how pathetic! Shame on ******* manager, leasing agent and maintenance for being reckless to a persons safety and health . Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting get it together

      We had a lease ,paid on time every month. Provided a 60 day notice to corporate and leasing staff on property per our lease. May 31, 2024 ,our move out date arrives, corporate acknowledges they received the notice to vacate in March, the rent for ***** and May. Now they literally had the nerve to send an email saying we are responsible for rent until they can rent our old unit. No, we are not. You guys had 60 days to find a tenant.I was told the manager at corporate that processes move outs doesn't do so for weeks until its convenient for her; costing tenants thousands in illegal charges and fees and purposeful damage to credit scores. It it a clear attempt to extort money from tenant by purposely delaying processing. We are prepared to go to court.

      On April 10, 2024, an incident took place outside my apartment between my neighbors that resulted in the manager, *****, accusing me of disturbing the peace, despite my efforts to defuse the situation. I have been waiting for an updated lease since the recertification date and have witnessed maintenance issues. I demand a face-to-face hearing to address the false accusation, remoaval of the write up letter, and an apology from *****. If the matter is not resolved, I will take legal action and reach out to the ****** *********** and television news stations.
