My husband and I received terrible service on August 16, 2024 at Soul Fish Cafe Wolfchase. We arrive at 3:49pm. My husband ordered the blackened Catfish, but after taking one bite, he didn't like the taste. He asked the server, if he could switch it out for fried. The server rudely responded, " what's wrong with it?" My husband told her that he just didn't like the taste. The server left, and the manager came to our table and said, "What is going on over her?" like we did something wrong. My husband asked her if he could switch the blackened to fried, because he didn't like the taste. The manager asked if he wanted 2 or 4 pieces. My husband said 2 pieces, and she repeated 2 back to him. The manager then told him to remove his sides from the plate, and she then said to take his cornbread muffin off the plate to keep with his sides. He had taken a bite out of the cornbread. She was being *****. She had an attitude. They brought the fried fish to our table in about 10 minutes. They brought 4 pieces even though he asked for 2 and charged us for 4 pieces. We asked the manager why did she do that. She stated he said 4. She lied to our faces. We didn't even eat the food. The fish was too greasy and my porkchop wasn't cooked all the way through. We didn't mind paying though. We just wanted to pay for what was ordered. She left the table when I told her I She sent the security guard, a police officer wit lh a gun, to our table. She sent him to make us pay for what we didn't order. But, we told him the situation, and he took the bill back to her, and it was adjusted to the 2 piece. We paid and left. We did not eat our food, and we left it there. The manager told us there was no way to complain. I called the ********** location while we were there, and that manager told me to complain through the email. The ******* manager would not give us her name. She should be fired. We will never be back to the ********* location.Initial Complaint

On, 4/17/2023 1:15pm I ate lunch at ******************************** location. The server name was ******, I ordered the blackened grilled fish after eating two bites I did not like taste nor the texture of the fish. I asked ****** if I could order another entree and I told her the issue she immediately went and told the on duty manager ****. He came to the table did not express any empathy he did not look at my food just stated "since you had eaten some of the fish I cannot do anything about the order". His response was unprofessional he did not apologize nor did he try to fix the order. I decided to order the buffalo shrimp ****** had another waiter to bring the plate order and I expressed my concern to the waiter she then went and informed **** and ****** of what I stated and ****** returned with a rude attitude stating there's nothing she can do about the order and I advised her I would be contacting corporate and her response was "Soul fish does not have a corporate office and are locally owned". During my sister and I time there ****** did not ask if we needed napkins, more water to drink or anything. I paid for both entrees **** never came back to the table he had ****** to take $1.89 off my order. The check number is 78 we sat at table 12. I have patronized this location a few times and after today due to the unprofessional behavior I will not be returning.
