IN NOVEMBER OF 23 I PURCHASED 4 NEW TIRES TOTALING FOR $667.40 FOR MY BRAND NEW TRAX THAT WAS TO BE DELIVED IN LATE NOV EARLY DECEMBER. I LIVE IN UPSTATE NY AND WANTED GOOD WINTER TIRES, AT THE TIME THE Bridgestone Blizzak LM001 HAD GOOD REVIEWS THAT SEEMED TO MEET MY EXPATIONS AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. I GOT THE CAR IN LATE DECEMBER AND HAD THE TIRES INSTALLED IN EARLY JAN OF 24. I HAD THEM ON THERE UNTIL APRIL OF 24, WITH ONLY APROX 6K MILES ON THE TIRES, I WAS INFORMED MY TIRE INSTALLER THAT HE WOULD NO BE ALLOWED TO PUT THEM BACK ON THIS WINTER DUE TO THEM BEING AT THE STATE LEGAL LIMIT FOR TREAD LIFE. I JUST FIND IT REALLY HARD TO BELEAVE THAT I SPENT ALMOST 700 DOLLARS JUST TO HAVE TO GIT RID OF THEM AFTER BARELY ONE SEASON ON MY CAR. AFTER THAT, I HAD THE DEALER PREFORM AND CHECK THE ALINGMENTS AND SUSPENTION, WITH NO ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED. THE TIRES WERE ALL WORN EVEN SO IM AT A LOST FOR WORDS. NOW WITH THE PENDING WINTER MONTHS COMING, IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL NEED TO BE FORKING OUT ANOTHER ******* DOLLARS FOR SNOW TIRES ON TOP OF MY ALREADY TIGHT BUDGET. I REACHED OUT TO ********* WHERE I BOUGHT THE TIRES AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP ME.

I took my VW Jetta for an oil change and normal check of fluid levels yesterday , i dropped off the car and said would pick it later , they called after about 2 hrs and told me the rear tire had a nail in it and it would be an additional $29.95 to repair it , i told them ok to do it , a while later they called to tell the car needed new wiper blades at a further $58 58 , i told them i had just fitted some the day before which i had purchased from Amazon , then he said the battery cables were corroded at the terminals , i said how much for this service , he said $17.99 , i said its ok i will take care of this myself . When i collected the car i paid the invoice of $124.45, they emailed the receipt . Once i got home i printed off the bill and saw i was charged for up to 5 quarts of synthetic oil and then an additional oil required up to .08 quarts , , I then checked the battery to see the corrosion and it could not have been any cleaner with absolutely no corrosion on the terminals , then looked into the windshield washer tank which was still empty, i filled this my self . This total of $124. 45 was after a Penzoil rebate of $23.93 otherwise the bill for a very basic oil and filter change would have been $148.38 .I have used this company for a couple of years now but something should be done for not being honest with customers and scamming them into things they don't need

I took my Kia **** to Firestone because when I go to stop my vehicle it skips a couple times. They told me it was a front wheel frame that needed replaced. I asked them if that is what is causing the skipping. The said yes. I agreed to have it fixed. When I went to pick up my car I asked yet again if it resolved the skipping when I apply my brakes. The mechanic reassured me the problem was fixed. It was closing time so I drove off with my car. The skipping hasn't been resolved. That was the sole purpose for me bringing it to them to have fixed. I filed a dispute claim with them online and was sent a message they would get back to me. They have not. I called the credit card company to see what was going on and they told me I would receive a letter that day from them about the dispute. Still nothing. I called to speak to the manager at Firestone only to be told he was out sick. I'm feeling purposely avoided by them at this time.

On 8/11/23, I purchased a "Lifetime wheel alignment" (lifetime warranty) from Tires Plus and an alignment was performed at that time.On 8/31/24 @ 0800, I had an appointment with Tires Plus to perform an alignment on my 2020 ****** Tundra. I dropped the vehicle off at 0800.After not hearing anything from them by 1245, I had my wife take me to the shop. The truck was sitting in the same spot untouched. I picked up the truck and returned home.I received a phone call from "****", the manager of the shop. He said that he was sorry, but online appointments take less priority over appointments scheduled via the store.I made another appointment with the store for 9/15/24 at 0900 (when the store opened). **** the manager was there and I asked him how long it would take for the alignment. He said an hour, but give them two hours. During that time, I did not receive any phone calls regarding status of the vehicle. At 1100 that same day, I returned to the store expecting to find my truck had been done. It had not been touched. Again, I went inside and asked for my keys. After about 5 minutes, I observed an employee heading to my truck with the keys. I intercepted him and asked for my keys. He told me they were very busy. I left with my truck.

My Mothers **** Explorer (***********************):- On July 19, 2024, your team claimed to have addressed the severe noise coming from the vehicle. However, it was evident that the vehicle was not properly inspected, as the car was barely drivable and produced a loud, concerning sound. Despite this, your team assured my mother that the vehicle was safe to drive. We had no choice but to have the vehicle towed back to the shop, where we were informed that the differential had failed. The tow driver confirmed the car was undrivable, and due to the extent of the damage, it was deemed totaled. This situation could have resulted in a serious accident, and it was only by luck that nothing tragic occurred The negligence and lack of thoroughness displayed by your team have not only caused inconvenience but have also placed my family at risk. The failure to properly diagnose and repair these issues has undermined our trust in your services. Had something happened during her drive home that the car caused, we would have sued Firestone and held them accountable with documented evidence of their negligence. My Fathers 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee (*********************): had to bring the car in four times to address leaking shocks. Each time, the mechanics assured us the issue was resolved, yet the shocks continued to leak. - On September 12, 2024, after an oil change, we noticed a substantial oil leak in our driveway. This was a clear indication that the oil change was not performed correctly. My 2016 Jeep Compass:While I have not encountered many issues in the past for myself, there was a persistent "shaking" during acceleration that your team failed to diagnose, despite multiple visits. After being told no issues were detected, the problem persisted for over a year. Only after replacing the spark plugs a month ago, did the shaking cease. This was a straightforward issue that should have been identified if proper attention had been given

On Saturday September 14, 2024 my husband and I took my vehicle, 2016 GMC Acadia for repair at Firestone, located at ******************. NC, *****. We spoke to an employee by the name of **** before proceeding to their location. The vehicle was bought in to have a alternator installed and to be paid for by our warranty company. **** kept calling us back trying to get us to buy another battery, to paying more diagnostic fees, when finally mu husband said we would just come back and pick the vehicle up. Tuesday, September 17, 2024, my husband and I went in to get the vehicle and it was in inside the first bay, with the hood down and the drivers side window, half way down. The employees backed the vehicle out of the bay, we paid the diagnostic fee and my husband got in his vehicle and I got into my truck. Upon riding down the street, I discovered my whole front passenger side was soaking wet. The seat was wet as well as the floor, the middle console and my radio has moisture behind the screen. I called my husband and informed him of what I had discovered in the car and he informed me to call back to Firestone. I called back and spoke to ****, who said they hadn't touched the vehicle until the day before and he doesn't know why it was wet. Then he stated that we (my husband and I), left the sunroof open and that " That's on ya'll. **** left the sunroof open and we don't have anything to do with that. That's not my problem. I informed him, that my vehicle has been in their care, since we dropped it off on Saturday and handed them the keys on their property and I would be filing a complaint due to the neglected treatment of my car.

I had a set appointment on 09/07/2024 at 9am, after arriving there they didn't even take my car in until 10:15 am. Even after they took my car into the shop, I could see them not working on it right away and the mechanics were going from car to car instead of maintaining one car at a time especially when I had an appointment, but they were working on cars for people that were doing walk ins also. around 12:30 I still hadn't heard anything , so I went to the counter to ask what is going on with my car and **** the manager stated that they just realized the part is not fitting right and it was going to be another hour or so before they can get another part, if they had started working on my car at the appointment time this would not have occurred and I had asked them when I came in if the car would be done by 12 noon and they told me yes but it wasn't and when I complained about **** put my car back together and stated they were not going to fix it so it has now been almost two weeks and I have to drive my car with four blown struts because they refused to fix it after I was there for 4 hours.
