This is about the Nashville Location - there wasn't an option for that location. When I arrived for my appointment it started late. Moving to the wash station water was running down my chest and into my shirt. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. At the end my hair was not even close to curled like the picture but I needed to leave as I was late for a dinner. I paid and drove 30 minutes home. When I got home my hair was completely flat. I called to complain they said there was no manager and I should've said something before leaving as there was nothing they could do. I called the next day to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one but they would send in my complaint and I should receive a call either the same day or the next. No call came either day so I called again Sunday and spoke with a very nasty lady. Telling me its just a blow out a manager is going to tell me the same thing and she was yelling at me. After ending the call I called again on Monday and was told I would get a call the same day and didn't get one. It is now wednesday and I called again to speak with a manager (spoke to one at a different location) she explained I spoke to several people and she's not sure why its still coming up. I explained I wanted a full refund and she stated per their policy they don't do refunds. I explained I never received anything with their policy. She mentioned it was in the confirmation email ( I received a confirmation text - has no access to the policy) she then said it was at the end of me booking an appointment online and I said I did it over the phone. I was never made aware of the policy the staff is extremely rude and reaching management is an impossible task. I just want my money back for the poor service and now time it has taken me to leave a review and fight to speak with a manager at this "luxury" place.
