This company has been so helpful to us. They had the best quote for 2 Split systems installed in bedroom and the den. They came out and also repaired our central heat and air unit, returning twice to make sure the repair was satisfactory. The phone receptionist scheduled all of the services promptly, and technicians came out within a day of our problems. They were on time or early, very friendly both on the phone and in person. First experience with South Nashville Htg & Clg won't be my last. They are my new go to HVAC company. One of those national, corporate companies told me my 10 year old heat pump needed to be replaced. Since it would be a large expense, I decided to get a second opinion. Found South Nashville had so many glowing comments on ********, so I called them and was perfectly honest that I needed a second opinion. Got a next day appointment and their technician showed up right on time. In a bit over and hour my heat pump was up and running perfectly. And the service call cost was a small fraction of what it would have cost to install a new system with the other company. Their technician, who has more than 30 years HVAC experience, really knew what he was doing. Experience counts and it saved me from a major expenditure. I can't thank South Nashville Heating & Cooling enough. They have my business in the future, and I can't recommend them more.

Came highly recommended, and didn't disappoint! Very professional yet personal. Timing of the appointment was very reasonable considering a 100° heat wave! Office kept me informed, and let me know that the tech was even going to arrive early! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of the issue promptly. Honest service from a local company, no corporate conglomerate nonsense. The technician was on time, replaced a bad part and told me purchasing a new unit would be a waste of money I will definitely be patronizing this business for all my future HVAC needs.
