My husband and our friends were watching a football game at lakeside lounge. All of a sudden the bouncers came up to us and told us we had to leave. We said we needed to close our tab and they told us we were not allowed and we needed to leave. We said we were not leaving until we closed our tab. He also told us if we weren't leaving he would physically remove us. I am 5'1", he was about 5'9". While trying to close our tab, I spoke to the manager and asked why we were being asked to leave. He told me it was a miscommunication and he was asking his bouncer if he wanted a drink. There was no apology or remorse.Business response

We had just hired a new security team and it was a genuine misunderstanding between our bartender and the guard on duty. This incident was reported to me almost immediately and we have unpacked it internally. The bartender extends his apologies to you and your group. We want nothing more than people to feel comfortable having a great time enjoying all that Lakeside has to offer.
