      On April 11 I purchased my Ray ban glasses, with a warranty to fix if anything goes wrong within the year. As luck would have it, on October 9 my glasses which are also smart glasses broke and I have not been able to use. Not only does it not work the handle on glasses is broke. I put in claim and I am getting the run around on a daily. I have been wearing glasses all my life 50 plus years and I am in desperate need of the glasses I purchased for over 600 dollars. Meaning I should not have to jump hurdles to get a resolution to this problem. I do not have a second pair and I am struggling to do anything. Please advise
