I brought my 2012 Ram 3500 to this shop with concerns about a blown head gasket. I specifically mentioned that the truck likely needed a head gasket replacement, but instead, they replaced the water pump and thermostat, charging me $780. After the repairs, the truck is still having the same issue—it’s pushing coolant out and running hot. I’m disappointed that the root problem wasn’t addressed, despite me clearly stating what I believed the issue was. Now, they want to charge me even more to do the head gasket job that should have been done in the first place. I feel like I paid for unnecessary repairs, and I’m left with the same problem I came in with. I would not recommend this shop if you want clear communication and your problem resolved the first time.Review from Justin J

I took my truck to (All Brothers) to get it repaired, which we agreed to complete a diagnosis. The outcome was the truck needed fuel injectors and cups. This business advised me that the parts would come with a 1-year warranty. However, the repairs took a month and half to be completed. When, I picked the truck up, there was supposed to do a road test, however the owner had already left. The secretary cashed me out. I called the business the next day to advise the owner truck was not running correctly, which the truck was losing horsepower, and running rough. He indicated the truck should not be it has brand new parts. I completed two telephone calls back to the shop regarding the issue and took the truck back up to the shop twice. The second time he did test drive the truck and agreed it was running rough but only offered me to take the truck to another mechanic shop because he did not have the correct tool to check the problem.
