Over the last couple of years my mom has had recurring fraud charges that seem to be made about the same time of the month on her bank card. When she asked the current manager why that is the woman nonchalantly said "it happens", I don't buy that and I believe there is something going on. As far as I know she's also never gotten any of her money back to this date. My mom is 76 and on a fixed income. Because of this she is about to be evicted from her apartment.Initial Complaint

The bank was closed 4-29-22 due to a local 45 min parade. I was unable to make a deposit so I put my deposit in the Dropbox being I had bills to be directly taking out of my checking account the following Monday when I check my bank account Monday they let every charge go through my account that was due that day charged me $150 in overdraft fees and then applied my deposit to my account I called them they were rude and were absolutely no help refuse to do anything about it. I received a letter from my health insurance provider that I was to pay the full amount Plus a late fee due to insertificate funds in my account but yet on my bank statement it shows I paid itCustomer response

My health insurance was paid I've got letters from my health insurance saying that it was not paid and now I owe a ton of money and back charges and I had to pay the full price for my doctor's visit this month and a ton of money from a prescriptions because for some reason in the bank did not transfer the money to my insurance company I have spoke with the insurance company they said they did not receive any money from my account. And even now after it's canceled I just got charged more charges for my health insurance. I've demanded them to close my account and they refuse to I don't know how that's possible if it's even legal I told them to close my checking account leave my saving account open just because I have a loan through them from a Harley ******** but they absolutely wouldn't close my checking account
