5/30/2023 20:09 Transaction 101501 The restaurant fraudulently submitted a claim to my credit card company for $19 by submitting a $20 tip when I only left a $1 tip due to a dispute on charges. The menu shows pictures of items ordered that are served not as shown, but with different quantities, sides, and accompanied items. We were charged $4.50 for a "Coca Cola bottle (presumed specialty item), but ordered and received a fountain drink. Were charged for 2 extra baskets of chips, although ordered 3 large cheese dips and a large guacamole. Disputed the charges, given the quantity of dips ordered. Was first told the charges would be removed, then at register,was told I would be charged for 1. Thus the $1 tip to our server who said she was the manager. I want the $19 charged fraudulently and I would like the cost of the extra chips removed.
