My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday on 2/8. He opted for same day delivery. He ordered the flowers at 9am that morning with a shipping guarantee that they'd be delivered by 4pm. They weren't delivered until almost 7pm. He was unhappy because he had paid so much for the flowers and shipping that he just wanted a refund. They have a guarantee on their website that I've posted below. I went into the flower shop on 2/10, with the flowers, to talk to the woman at the front. She told my husband over the phone the day before it would be no problem just to bring them in with the order number. When I get there she said the owner would have to talk to me and he's not here. I asked her what time he would be in and she told me she couldn't give out that information. Same answer when I asked for his name and phones number. Her words were "I can tell you right now you're wasting your time trying to get your money back." I told her I have everything that the website refund policy says to bring but it didn't matter. She refused everything. Since then I have called to speak to the owner but he won't answer, if the woman is working the front she just hangs up on me, I've even reached out on Facebook before I was blocked. I have no idea what to do at this point. All I want is a refund. I was within the 10 days, had my order number, and even brought the flowers back. They have cut all communication with me and my husband. Is there anyway you could help?
