Terrible experience today with ***************************** and **** ********************!! ***************************** argued with me for 10 minutes before he even got to the house about the address. I had to stand by the road so he could find us. Then when he did finally pull up he said I gave wrong address. I ask him to show me address he was looking at. He then showed me on his phone the CORRECT address ??. He admitted he must have dyslexia. After fixing our unit he then argued about the warranty. He didnt want to listen to us and tried calling the company. When I mentioned he needs to listen to his customers he became irate and took the new part off the unit and left. He then lied to Drew ******************** and said we cussed him. Drew ******************** wont send anyone out to fix unit Im calling ***********!!Update.. went to Milan to speak with ****. ***** ******************** was horribly rude and didnt want us to talk to owner. Lied and said he wasnt there!!! **** happened to hear us and come out of office. The tech they sent out, *****************************, will not bring our old part back. We need it for warranty purposesBusiness response
