  On July 16, 2024, Legends Collateral Recovery walked into my home without knocking and told me they were there to repossess my vehicle. I explained in detail what was happening with my payments and that I had confirmation numbers and dates of the payments and that my loan company had been having issues with their online payment system and that I had been speaking with them daily to try and resolve the matter and the tow truck driver told me it was too late because he already had my car hooked up. At that very moment the tow truck driver is guilty of Breach of Peace and he also took my car keys off of my keychain when he was in my house and told me I would be charged an extra $150 if I didn't let him have them. He then went outside, unhooked my vehicle from his tow truck and allowed someone that was standing outside the whole time to drive my vehicle all over the city and in the opposite direction of their facility. I have all of the tow truck drivers actions on my home video surveillance of him wallking into my home without knocking and I have dash cam video showing the two tow truck drivers entering the passanger side of my vehicle to dismantle my dash cam after they drove my vehicle in the opposite direction of there lot and were taking care of other personal business with my vehicle. So I would like video surveillance of the facilities lot showing that my vehicle was sitting on their property for the 3 days that they charged me storage costs due to them not returning my calls to come get my vehicle and then them denying me access for an additional day by not allowing me to come get my vehicle. I also want them to be audited my the *** and State of TN for the fact that they would not provide me with a receipt for the cash payment that they required in order for me to get my vehicle back. And that's just the criminal activity...the person I dealt with that answers their phone calls also told me over the phone that I was "fucking worthless" and she got caught lying.

  I would like to adjust the original request for reimbursement to $200, due to the fact that I forgot to add in the 1/4 tank of gas that they used up in my vehicle when they were illegally driving it without my permission.
