Can we give negative stars? First of all, the GM at the time (*****) was a liar from the start. He was going to call in all of these "favors" owed to him. Yea right. He told us we were getting a great deal on this home and a huge discount, but we had to sign that day. That should have been our first clue. Then he suddenly left and went to OK and have not helped since. We ordered our house in March and was supposed to be delivered in June/July. We finally got it in August, but we are still not living in it (already made 5 pmts). We have had nothing but issues with Titan and Champion. The shower doors in the MB are not even the right size and they tried replacing them with the same exact size. The delivery guy high centered both halves of our home and that caused major damage. Sent people out to fix it but actually made it worse. When the plumber came to hook up the plumbing it was noticed that the builders had been urinating in the closed pipes. Nice smell!! We have asked for help numerous times but keep getting pushed to the back burner and they keep playing the blame game on someone else. Our salesperson (Cathryn) was great through the whole process, but as soon as the house was delivered, she totally stopped all communication also. Not once even call to check on things. Now to top it off, our furnace is out and on backorder and there is no estimated delivery date on the new one. We are #10 in line to receive one. Now I noticed that they spend more time making tik tok videos playing around then they do trying to help their customers. We have driven to Abilene numerous times trying to get help, but just get the run around.Our house is now cracking at the center seam, trim coming off the walls AGAIN and when we finally got the skirting put on, it's crooked and they have not come back to fix it. There is also another one in town going through the same thing. They only care about money in their pocket and not customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could put No stars, I would. LIES. LIES AND MORE LIES told to me. Told me I was approved, I wasnt. Told me "ONE STOP SHOP" B.S. and more lies. Julio was well aware that I was not approved and still preyed on me by using my situation of my deceased mother. Even had me to provide her obituary as proof. After I canceled the processes. He set up a site visit. The guy does nothing at all on the land. Couldnt even look me in the eye my guess is that he was in on it. Charged me $250 for this interaction. Then Julio calls me months latter trying to run the same scam.
