Miss **** performed an appraisal on my home on November 13, and the appraisal report was provided in a timely manner, on November 19. The following week, the lender with whom we are refinancing (Sovereign Lending) requested a revision of the report. Neither Sovereign Lending nor I have ever received the revised report. I spoke with Miss **** on November 30, and was assured that she would have the report to Sovereign Lending by close of business on December 1. The report was never received. I have called multiple times to find out if the report was sent, and to what email address, in case Sovereign Lending is following up with the wrong person to receive it. I have requested that Ms. **** follow up with Sovereign Lending to make sure they received it. She never has. Either the report was sent inaccurately to Sovereign Lending, or the report was never sent. I am not seeking any financial restitution. I simply want to receive the report that was already requested, and which Ms. **** already agreed to revise and send, and we need it in the quickest possible timing, as it is the last remaining piece for us to close on our refinance.Business response

The request for revision was not just that, it will require a complete re write. The Lender instructed me to remove some some comparable sales and add others. I agologize for the delay and I am working on the re write.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: A complete re-write is fine, if that is what the lender is requiring, I would still like explanation for why it has taken more than a month to provide.

As previously stated, a complete rewrite requires considerable review, research and consideration. I was not in complete agreement that the manufactured home could not be considered as a residence as the VA guideline allow is without an improved foundation. The lender did not get back to me on that issue, therefore, I assumed it was the Lender's rule. My mistake.
