I just had to give a shout out to ADVANTAGE REMODELING AND ROOFING, the contractors who restored our kitchen. They were the total package. We apparently had a small, long-standing leak under our sink that caused a huge problem and mess. I was put in touch with *** ****, who came out within hours of my call. ADVANTAGE REMODELING AND ROOFING got the mitigation company in right away and things just clicked along from there. Oh, it was a mess for sure, but everything was handled so professionally. They held my hand the whole way, helping with the new layout, answering questions, and taking care of all the sub-contractors. ADVANTAGE REMODELING AND ROOFING got a great company that packed us out, the *** for storage, the tile man who laid a beautiful new floor, folks who installed the quartz counters and back-splash, everything! Most of us dont know all the things that need to be done, or the order they should be completed. The owner (***** ********) and *** **** actually spent time over the Memorial Day weekend assisting me create the new kitchen design! They suggested little things that have made my new kitchen absolutely gorgeous! I could not be happier with the result. I have more room how did they do that? ADVANTAGE REMODELING AND ROOFING also worked as quickly as possible to limit the amount of time I was kitchen-less (a tough thing for one who likes to cook)! They also worked with my insurance company. Talk about making things easier! In the end, I have a beautiful new kitchen and floor, plenty of cabinets to keep things tidy and a fantastic quartz waterfall that they suggested. Everyone oohs and aahs when they see it. Advantage Remodeling did the roof on my house in *******, *****. My insurance told me I had hail damage on my siding but not on my roof. How is this possible? Is hail now suddenly trainable to not hit the roof only the house? Fish helped me every step of the way, and we got the money from the insurance to cover the whole roof. I had no plans on doing the siding. ***** came out and I'm so grateful that ***** was a perfectionist. He could see that my roof was more than just shingles. After everything was pulled off, he found rotted wood and the transitions to my add-ons (2) to be unsafe and inadequate. See pictures. He made sure I saw what he was seeing, and I agreed. Any other roofing company (the last one) wouldnt care enough to show me the damage and just cover it up and move to the next job. Not *****! He went and got all the wood and supplies and did the job right the first time. It looks amazing! And they have been here 3 more times just to check and make sure we are good. His crew is professional and really know what they are doing. They did an excellent job and the clean up was perfect. I cant say enough good things about Advantage Remodeling and Roofing. I hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing in ****************************** ************ area. All went smooth. Adjuster showed up my son worked with ***** to complete the roofing repairs. Once the roof was opened we found that my chimney was leaking. Supplements were provided. **** was reluctant to pay for the repairs and a new chimney cricket since I did not have a proper policy coverage. However, this is when the magic happened. To company convinced **** that the cricket may not be covered, but the internal damages from the water interning my home were ! I was moved to a house in the area, all was taken care to a minute detail. They even had someone to reconnect my computer and activate all of the passwords to my *******. All my belongings were packed out and stored while floors, kitchen, walls, ceilings and everything else including showers and tile was redone. I was moved back and love my new floors and the kitchen. From the looks of the inside and the professional workmanship I can be sure and truly convinced that my exterior is in a great shape! It was not all peaches and you need to prepare yourself to be out of the house for a little bit to allow for the insurance process to take place. Yes numerous phone calls and the emails. We have used a ARR twice, the first time was during the winter freeze in February ************************************** May 2023. I cannot stress how much we appreciated and value ****** Mr. ***** and the entire Advantage Remodeling and Roofing team. They took the pressure off of us and worked with the insurance companies directly on our behalf, and did not accept what the insurance company initially provided so that they could repair our beautiful home to its original condition prior to any damage. This was the first time to replace our house roof, but since I used ************* before, it was easy for us to go back to him. I didnt expect anything else but roof replacement. But they were different from other companies. They helped us process and negotiate to the insurance company. If we didnt get any help from Fish and his team, we would have ended up with only minimum. But they helped us get approved for not only roof, but also upgraded chimney work, fence painting, a new garage door, and one of HVAC units (it was almost due to change 14 years old)!!! Its like we live in a new house now (with only deductible). I like Fish and his team, they are very responsible with their work, explained to us expectations. Work at time takes time due to scheduling etc yet they never compromise their work. We are very satisfied and we can trust their work.
