Where do I start, this company is the most unethical survey company I have ever dealt with. Just outright con- artists, they quote you a price, then you pay all fees upfront, before any work is even started. Then they take months to get you the work back, you submit it to the AHJ, it gets rejected for mistakes on there end, and they come back to you asking for more money. The nickle and dime you to death, they extort you into getting more and more money out of you, to fix there rejection comments. These people are beyond having any integrity at all, I wouldnt recommend this company, to my worse enemy. The never return any calls at all, they hide from the client, because they already have your money. I currently have outstanding work from this pending, they could careless when the client has a problem or not. I have called for weeks, to resolve issues, they could careless. I will be contacting the state board PELS, for deceptive trade practices and incompetence to complete work, to standards needed for approval with AHJ'S.Review from dan b

Survey 1 was paid for a Elevation Certificate for property. It had significant flaws when submitted to insurance company for Flood Insurance. Home was on Pier and Beam and they had it as on a slab. There was crawl Space that was not measured and indicated on the Elevation Certificate. Tried contacting the surveyor but can only reach a receptionist who asked for email explaining problem. Waited 5 days for a response and when they did send in a corrected EV, it had only slab changed but did not address the Crawl Space. This caused Insurance to reject it again. So, tried calling again to see if could get surveyor on phone but he does not take calls, only emails. Sent in detailed description from Insurance company on problems by email and it takes days to get a response. I notified on both emails, that time is critical for the home purchase. Still no assistance.
