I ordered a meal online on October 28th, 2023 and when I got there it wasn't ready so I asked the manager about it. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful and hateful, and when I got the order it was obvious he gave me substandard food. The fries were all smashed together in a soggy ball and two of the pieces of chicken didn't even have any breading or skin left and the meat was dried out and inedible. I didn't really try that hard to eat it after seeing the condition, I tried to take couple of bites then dumped it in the trash. I tried to resolve this through KFC's online complaint process, but they sent a form response and totally blew off my concerns. I feel like I have allowed plenty of time for them to send a proper response. I would like a refund for this substandard and inedible meal. I will also be addressing KFC's horrible behavior on various review sites.
